4. Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will promptly review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund once verified.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items without proof of purchase

All sales are final for these categories, except in cases of shipping errors or damage.

7. Shipping Returns

10. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to your original payment method.
