1. Overview
At GreenYield Network LLC, we aim to deliver your orders promptly, safely, and in compliance with federal and state hemp regulations. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and restrictions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited shipping options may be available at an extra cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier service issues. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery times are beyond our control.
5. Legal Shipping Restrictions
We comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp-derived CBD products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, state laws vary. We only ship to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal. We do not ship to Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Mississippi. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
6. Age Verification
Customers must confirm legal age before purchase. You must be 21 or older to buy Delta-9 THC products and 18 or older to buy CBD products where legal. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the label is created. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact info@greenyieldnetwork.com.
8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Delta-9 THC products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions. CBD-only products may be eligible depending on the carrier.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international delivery at this time.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, GreenYield Network LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist as much as possible.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
12. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately at sales@greenyieldnetwork.com. Once the order ships, we cannot update the address or reroute it.
13. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After processing or shipment, cancellations are not possible. Returned packages due to wrong addresses may incur a restocking fee.
