6. Shipping Policy

Processing time typically ranges from 1–3 business days, with shipping durations depending on carrier and destination. Tracking details are provided by email once the order ships.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order shipping to a restricted state.
Adult signature may be required for Delta-9 THC products upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
